They are referred to as Blue Heelers, Red Heelers, Queensland Heelers, Australian Heelers, or Australian Cattle Dogs, these dogs are known for their unique coat colors, intelligence, and endless energy. Their the breeding result of the Blue Merle and the Australian Dingo by British settlers in Australia in the late 1800s. They are a working dog and have plenty of energy and love to run. They’re devoted, smart, driven—as long they have an outlet for all that energy.
